Position: Full Time Bartender / Server

Requirements:
Availability for 3+ shifts per week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Previous Restaurant Experience
RBS Certification or willingness to obtain one
Food Handler Certification Card or willingness to obtain one
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
2 Years of Bartending in a craft cocktail or neighborhood style concept
Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and be able to lift 25 to 45 pounds
Excellent problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities:
Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and personally engage with guests through conversations supporting current sports events and other promotional activity.
Provide detailed information about the restaurant's offerings and QR code ordering method.
Bartenders are to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interacting with guests to take orders and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, following proper serving techniques.
Ensure guests have everything they need during their meal, such as condiments, refills or additional utensils.
Monitor and anticipate guests' needs, promptly resolving any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Verify the identification of guests to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
Thorough understanding of restaurant's POS system (Toast).
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including bar, take out station and refilling supplies as needed.
Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Uphold a positive and professional attitude, providing exceptional service to enhance the overall dining experience.
