Store Manager (FULL-TIME)The Store Manager role is responsible for operating the assigned bakery and managing all back and front-of-house team members. This position will manage the daily operations of various departments, such as purchasing, inventory management, and product manufacturing and forecasting, increasing customer satisfaction, and creating a positive work environment for the team. The Store Manager is responsible for understanding and knowing all Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as enforcing and answering any questions that Guest Experience Members (GEMs) may have. Reports to: Management TeamSupervises: BOH/FOHResponsibilities and Duties: Support production and ensure baked goods are baked according to the company's product standards and be able to troubleshoot issues. Manage, motivate, and develop GEMs in accordance with Company policies and procedures by providing mentorship and maintaining company culture. Ensure company standards for general safety, proper food handling practices, sanitation, and productivity are maintained. Manage inventory, in-stock position, pricing, promotions, merchandising, labor scheduling, security, expense control, and other operational processes. Enforce product quality standards daily. Create and manage scheduling employees in a timely manner with open communication. Create strategies to improve the overall performance at the assigned bakery. Examine areas that may need cost reduction and/or program improvement Oversee opening and closing procedures and processes. Manage catering inquiries and online orders for the store. Perform administrative duties including store reports, the efficacy of programs/incentives, employee performance, etc. Maintain service standards of providing upscale, friendly, and efficient service, as well as assisting FOH operations as needed. Evaluate storefront conditions and operations to determine strengths and areas for improvement. Report and touch base with the Management team in weekly meetings. Physical demands: Lift, carry, and move 50 lb loads. Stand for extended periods of time. Frequent walking, bending, and reaching overhead. Qualifications: Be a morning person! Ability to understand and grasp baking techniques easily. Baking experience is a plus! Experience in a management position/role. Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and Point of Sales (POS) platform. Ability to manage multiple departments at the assigned bakery. Ability to lead, motivate, and build efficient teams within the assigned bakery. High energy and engaging personality with a professional demeanor. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time (at least 8 hours a day). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (dependent on customer demand). ServSafe Food Manager Certification holder/obtain certification within 30 days of employment. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly pay depending on experience and tenure.
