Tartine Bakery Santa Monica is expanding into dinner service! We're launching an Italian-inspired menu featuring our famous naturally leavened sourdough pizza crust and seasonal California ingredients. We're building an all-star PM Front of House team to bring the same warmth, quality, and hospitality we're known for into the night!

Location: Tartine Bakery – Santa Monica
Employment Status: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $17.81 + Tips & Benefits
Weekly Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are required!)
Shift Start & End Times: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Each of these dynamic roles is perfect for someone who thrives in providing guest service and fast-paced dining environments. From greeting guests with warmth and charm to delivering memorable meals with care and efficiency, you’ll help orchestrate every part of the dining experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and seating guests with intention and hospitality
Managing seating flow for optimal service
Providing menu guidance and taking orders
Delivering food and drinks with precision
Processing payments accurately and graciously

PM Runner / Busser:
Love the rush of a great dinner service? This vital role supports our service team and kitchen by ensuring food is delivered promptly, beautifully, and safely. You'll also help maintain a clean and organized dining space.

Fast on your feet and guest-focused
Able to communicate with both the kitchen and FOH staff
