Tartine Commissary in the vibrant neighborhood of West Adams District is hiring a part-time Pastry Prep Cook to join our team. You’ll be hands-on with tasks like slicing meats & cheeses, prepping fruit, juicing citrus, cutting vegetables, and making fillings for pies and desserts for our pastry production team.

What We’re Looking For:
Professional kitchen experience (1+ year preferred)
Good prep knife skills
Ability to work with speed and urgency in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic, clean and organized in the kitchen
California Food Handler’s Card required
Schedule: Part-time, daytime shifts at our LA Commissary.
Hourly Rate: $21/hour
Shift Days: Flexible three daytime shifts
