This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where you will contribute to delivering delicious meals and exceptional service. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to develop their skills in food preparation, customer service, and the food industry. Prior restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not required - training will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently following company standards and recipes
Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting other team members during busy periods
Manage time effectively to ensure quick service during peak hours
Follow all safety procedures related to food handling and workplace safety
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in food preparation or food service preferred (but not required)
Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Excellent time management skills
Team-oriented with positive communication skills
No experience required — we’ll train you!
