Trejo's Tacos is on the lookout for dedicated and hardworking line cooks to join our dynamic team at our Farmers Market and La Brea locations. As a cornerstone of our operation, we need reliable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, follow specifications diligently, and adhere to our policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
- Prepare a variety of dishes, including cutting and cleaning ingredients, building tacos, assembling bowls, rolling burritos, preparing desserts, and appetizers.
- Plate prepared foods according to daily pars.
- Ensure timely and accurate order completion within our timing standards.
- Maintain cleanliness by washing kitchen utensils, cleaning the kitchen, and storing equipment at the end of shifts.
- Ensure kitchen operations adhere to food safety standards and regulations.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
