Job Description:
As a Truck Team Member, you’ll be hands-on in every aspect of our truck’s operations, from food prep to customer service. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure everything runs smoothly and customers leave happy.
Responsibilities:
Food Prep and Cooking:
Help prepare ingredients and cook menu items, ensuring everything is fresh and ready to serve.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
Customer Service:
Interact with customers, handle transactions, and ensure each order is accurate and delivered with a smile.
Work efficiently with the team to keep things moving, especially during busy rushes.
Truck Operations:
Assist with setting up and breaking down the truck, including restocking and cleaning duties.
Report to the Truck Driver/Lead and work collaboratively with the crew to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Ability to handle early morning shifts, tight spaces, and work weekends and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Reliable transportation.
Open to driving food truck on occasion is a plus. Higher pay rate is applied during driving shifts.
