ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Strong understanding of guest relations
Must have extensive food and beverage knowledge
Have at least three years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions.
Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system, 7Shifts etc.
Must have excellent communication skills across all channels.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in all aspects of restaurant management. The position will be responsible for maintaining all store operations, including managing labor, beverage, and food costs and keeping the restaurant clean and in good working order. The ideal candidate has strong cooking skills, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Be personable, outgoing, well groomed, motivated, have common sense, a good attitude, and excellent time management skills.
