I’m looking for someone that can do weekly meal prep for me. You would cook the meals at your home and freeze them until your ready to deliver to my home. I can give you Tupperware and give you directions on where to buy the ingredients. The meals are fairly easy to make, but the bone broth meal does require you to simmer it on your stove for many days.
For now, you would make 3 meals and approximately 7 portions of each meal.
Meal 1- Chicken porridge- chicken (buy whole chicken and use the bones, cartilage, etc), sticky white rice, Kombu seaweed
Meal 2- Beef stew - ingredients can change depending on what’s available.
Meal 3- Beef bone broth (THIS IS A MEDICINAL RECIPE FROM A DOCTOR SO THE RECIPE HAS TO BE FOLLOWED EXACTLY). I will give you the recipe if we are to work together. The recipe is very easy but you do have to keep ‘reducing’ the bone broth for about A WEEK before the broth is concentrated enough to finish the recipe.
