Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + tips (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
-Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
-Develop and implement menus that reflect our dedication to authentic Japanese cuisine.
-Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
-Train and mentor kitchen staff to promote professional growth and culinary skills.

Qualifications:

-Language Proficiency: Japanese proficiency is preferred but not required.
-Visa Status: We welcome applicants who have U.S. permanent residency or are currently working under an E2 visa.
