Adult Residential Facility level 4 I opening in Lancaster, CA . Our population will include adults with intellectual disabilities ranging in age from 18 to 59. We facilitate/attend medical appointments, regulatory meetings, and behavioral health appointments. This job can be demanding/difficult and requires flexibility as the hours reflect on meeting the needs of the clients. Our homes are in residential areas and our goal is to make sure our clients are living in a safe, healthy environment.
This position is a supervisory position overseeing residents and direct support professionals in an ARF home residential program. This position is responsible for ensuring best practices, compliance with all state, federal, and agency standards as required for assigned services.

Dependable, consistent performance with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with administrative superiors, group home residents, direct care staff, families, community agencies and groups, and a variety of service disciplines.

Documentation/Incident Reports
Quarterly Progress Reporting
Daily Progress Notes
Managing Transportation
Overseeing Daily upkeep of ARF
Medication Administration
Staff scheduling, Hiring and training
Managing behavioral situations
Operates program within approved budget
Skills/ Requirements
Must be 21 years or older
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Must have a MINIMUM 1 year of paid adult residential home experience with behavioral challenges and an additional 1 year of any combination of the following: post high school education in social work or a related field in the care management industry or Administrator certification
Must possess a current DSP level 1 & 2 and must have ARF Administrator License
Must have a clean driving record
