Associate Marriage & Family Therapist position available in private practice.
I consider myself supportive, encouraging, and as flexible as possible with my Associates; I want you to succeed! You should be able to launch right into your own private practice when you have completed your BBS requirements (ie. passed the test). I allow/encourage all Associates to take their clients with them. I walk each Associate through various marketing strategies and keep you on task as you get through this stage on your way to success.
I provide: Office space in Glassell Park, subscription to an EHR, weekly supervision and support, business cards, marketing & networking postcards as needed, and bi-weekly paychecks via W-2. I do my best to make it a collaborative experience that leaves you feeling capable and confident as a practitioner.

Marketing & Hustling Initiative: the hardest part about this job is filling up your caseload. I challenge all my Associates to build a caseload of 6 clients per week (minimum) within the first 90 days. I will do everything in my power to help you, including referring inquiries in your direction, but it is ultimately up to each Associate. (note: being on facebook is not a marketing plan.)
Compensation: I am offering a 50% of all fees (you set your own fees!); this compensation includes supervision, face-to-face therapy, and administrative tasks. At 1-year of employment, if the Associate has met the 6 clients per week goal, the split becomes 40/60 (in favor of the Associate.)
