Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated ABA Therapists to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will work directly with clients in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential life skills, manage challenging behaviors, and thrive in various environments.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA techniques.
Collect and record data on client progress during each therapy session.
Manage and reduce challenging behaviors through positive behavior interventions.
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain.
Previous experience working with children, especially those with autism or special needs, is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
