Holly Services, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Field Home Care Manager. Founded in Los Angeles and now with a parent company in Japan, Holly Services is dedicated to providing high-quality, Japanese-standard caregiving services to senior residents in Los Angeles and Honolulu.
Responsibilities:
Delivers coordinated caregiving services for clients according to established standards of care and the homecare process.
Participate in on-call and urgently available schedules and provide direct skilled care in patients’ homes.
Supervise the activities of caregivers at various levels and provide the necessary direction to maintain service quality standards.
Provide orientation to newly assigned caregivers.
Review daily reports, ask for details, and provide advice to the assigned caregiver in charge as needed.
Implement and report on safety programs to prevent workplace accidents.
Collects relevant data pertinent to the customer’s health or situation
Creating and updating service plans after an assessment or client visit
Evaluating assigned caregivers' skills and work attitudes and checking customer satisfaction for improvements.
Responding to phone and email referrals/inquiries promptly, professionally, and compassionately.
Explanation of service menu to client families.
Provide on-site training for new and existing employees.
Supervision of state-required annual training.
Develop and implement appropriate training programs for each caregiving menu.
Experience:
Minimum three years of experience working in the medical and home care field.
Minimum two year of management/supervisory experience required.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Valid Home Care Aide registration.
Language Proficiency:
Must be fluent in both Japanese and English.
Due to the high number of Japanese-speaking clients, it is essential that the candidate is fluent in both Japanese and English.
