Board & Care Team Leader (Full-Time Day Shift)

Responsibilities:
· Lead and supervise the Board & Care team
· Ensure the safety and well-being of residents
· Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
· Oversee medication administration and documentation
· Conduct nightly checks and respond to emergencies
· Maintain a clean and safe environment
· Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff , third party vendors, pharamacies, and medical professionals
Qualifications:
· 1+ year of experience in a supervisory role in a care setting
· Registered as a Home Care Aide with the Home Care Services Bureau of California
· Ability to pass a background check and reference check
· Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
· Current TB test, physical, and valid CPR card
