We are seeking an excellent, happy, easy going no drama worker with house manager / facility or caregiving experience. We provide Free room and board / Free FOOD/ FREE wifi/Free laundry, Free utilities, FRee Cable and Internet. Immediate hire for that special man or woman seeking long term position. Sorry no pets, free from entanglements.
Salary is negotiable. Must be able to cook and prepare healthy nutritious meals 3x daily/ able to wash laundry/ communicate effectively/ clean house and look after high functioning adults. Outside smoking OK, no mj on property. Must have good strong communication skills, positive energy and good spirit and (no) negativity. Have good can do attitude, hard worker, no drug or alcohol past history. Seeking long term permanent worker for 6 day live in position. Days start at 6am. Open minded, amiable, cares about others, likes caregiver Job, can work fast pace job, not slow. Understand the task and job assignment. Good attitude wanted, High energy person, reachable, able to focus, no distractions, no family problems. Three months plus experience working as house manager in any facility setting before if possible. Not a senior board and care job. Support clients in daily needs. Provide reminders for adls.
