Beit Shalom Group LLC, a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, is seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team. We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior.
Administer medications as directed and maintain accurate records.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Ensure a safe and clean-living environment.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience.
Loving, nurturing, and kind demeanor.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
CPR and First Aid certification required.
Must pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.
