Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal support
Administer medication as prescribed and follow care plans
Ensure residents’ safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
Provide emotional support and companionship, creating a friendly and welcoming environment
Maintain clean and organized resident areas and follow facility policies
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Requirements:
RCFE Certificates are huge plus
RCFE experience is a huge plus
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
Patient, empathetic, and reliable
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
