We are looking for a licensed and experienced FNP with 3-5 years experience treating a variety of patients from Pediatrics to Geriatrics and who want to join a fast growing primary care clinic in Reseda / Canoga Park, CA

We are a primary-care medical clinic for residents in and around Fresno County.

We accept all insurances and offer a low sliding scale fee for uninsured patients.

4+ Star rated physicians on-call and partnered with nearby inpatient centers.

3 consultation rooms equipped with full-size examination tables.

Designated outpatient surgery or treatment room complete with dual-screen monitors and rolling drip kiosk.

Women’s Health Area for discussing reproductive or sexual health.

General Physical Examinations

Medical Treatments and Therapies

Birth Control and Women’s Fertility

Family Planning and Sexual Health

Responsibilities:

Low Patient Volume: 15–20 Patients Per Day

With a low daily patient volume, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on building meaningful relationships with your patients while delivering high-quality, personalized care

Providing comprehensive primary care to patients

Ordering and interpreting lab results and imaging studies

Performing preventive care services, including screenings and vaccinations

Offering telehealth services when needed

Educating patients on healthy lifestyle practices and preventive care

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program

FNP-C (Active in good standing)

DEA - Certification

CPR - Certification

BLS - Certification

Valid state nursing license with prescriptive authority

Knowledge of standards related to inpatient care, clinical research methodologies, and systems for managing patient information

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team

3 years of experience treating a variety of patients from Pediatrics to Geriatrics

Experience prescribing medications, updating charts, reporting to MD

Compensation:

$135K-$165K Annually ($65-$80 P.Hour)+ Malpractice Insurance + Life Support + DEA + Medical License + $500 towards Continue Education + PTO + Perks.
