Health Advocates is seeking a ClerkI for our main office in Chatsworth, CA.

Job Summary

Under general supervision, the Clerk will perform duties required to facilitate the processing of incoming/outgoing mail and packages in addition to ensuring that office supplies are fully stocked. This position oversees all aspects of electronic filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents pertaining to the Company’s client operations as required and will perform a variety of clerical duties such as scanning, making copies and filing in the paperless data entry system, etc. The Clerk will work with management, staff, and clients to ensure that all documentation is appropriately managed and retrieved as necessary and is stored in accordance with any relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent required

One year of experience performing general office assignments in a government, private, or public service organization

Experience in document management preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Must have intermediate Excel skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Strong research and data entry skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines

Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills

Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills

Ability to work independently, in addition to being a team player

Must be able to type 30 wpm

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Working Title: Coordinator I

Pay Rate: $17.50- $22.50 per hour (Depending on Relevant Experience)

Position Type: Full-time; Non-exempt

Schedule: Alternative Work Week Schedule - Mon-Thur 7:30 am-5:00 pm & Fri 7:30 am-12:30 pm

Other: We conduct assessment testing and post offer background checks
