Ensure adherence to all policies and standards; maintenance of quality control, staffing, training and counseling of employees; inventory and maintenance of facility.Provide direct supervision Ensure adequate coverage and mix of providers and support staff for clinical service delivery Arrange for coverage as necessary to maintain services as needed when providers and staff are on leaveReview scheduling of site on a daily basisObserve and monitor patient flow activities throughout the day to ensure that patients are seen in a timely fashion; communicate to staff and patients any delay in serving patients and assist staff in expediting patient careAct as an advocate for patients by communicating patient needs and concerns about their care, treatment or delay in care to staff, management and providers; seek resolution to concerns; act as patient ombudsmanMonitor all patient care staff for appropriate customer service behavior; provide feedback on performance to staffs’ direct supervisors, and participate in development of corrective action plans to improve customer servicePrepare productivity, goals & objectives and other pertinent reports on a timely basis; utilize information generated from the reports to prepare corrective action plans and manage daily operationsParticipate in Operations related meetings and serve on various committees as assignedEnsure compliance with DHS licensing and regulationsAssist in the preparation of the clinic for audits and site visitsQualificationsMinimumBachelor's degree in a health related field Minimum 8 years experience in clinical settingCurrent CPR certificationMinimum 5 years supervisory experience Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and reliable transportationPreferredMedical Assistant CertificateBilingual English/SpanishRequired Skills/Knowledge/AbilitiesKnowledge of community health centers, and public assistance programs, state and federal regulations and managed care systems Strong experience with computers, Microsoft Office products, business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilitiesPreferred Skills/Knowledge/AbilitiesExperience/familiarity with Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records systems, NextGen preferredSalary: $70,000 - $80,000 anuallyPI273491025 Apply
