We are a boutique pediatric dental office located in Tarzana, CA, seeking to add a team member who can provide excellent customer service and patient experience. This is a long term position. Our office is state of the art (brand new), very welcoming and a great environment to work in. Our main focus is quality patient care. We are looking for someone who is a team player, enjoys working with children and can multi-task in our fun office! This is a great place to grow as a professional. We will train you in front and back office duties.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Dental Assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Registered Dental Assistant (Preferred)
- X-Ray Certification (Required)
Duties:
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments according to industry standards
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Manage inventory and supplies in the dental clinic
- Perform dental receptionist duties when needed
- Utilize medical imaging software for diagnostics
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed
- Maintain accurate medical documentation

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
