We are looking for an experienced dental assistant.
Pay: You will be paid in several ways. Here are the components:
Daily pay - We pay hourly and we have many opportunities for you to gain full time.
Monthly Bonus - You will have the opportunity to earn several hundred each month in monthly bonuses, paid monthly as well.
Education - In our Assistant Track program, we want you to grow clinically with us. We have assembled a great catalog of courses and will reimburse what you need for licensure on your path to becoming an RDA, RDA-EF, or getting several certifications. This can include an X-Ray license, coronal polishing, CDA, RDA, RDA-EF, and certifications such as fluoride, nitrous, infection control, sealants, ortho assistant, and CPR.

Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment.
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, including 3D scanners and X-Ray machines.
Document patient information and treatment plans using EMR systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Manage appointment scheduling and assist with dental reception tasks as needed.
Maintain accurate medical records and assist in pediatric dentistry as required.
