In need of a Dental Hygienist, skilled oral health professional, minimum three years experience, who supports patients in achieving and maintaining optimal oral health. Conducting screenings, taking X-rays, and providing support during dental visits, ensuring comprehensive care, and promoting overall dental well-being.
Screening patients during checkups
Reviewing a patient’s dental history
Recommending care to improve a patient’s oral health
Teaching patients about proper teeth cleaning techniques
Performing preventive dental care
Applying fluoride treatments
Taking x-rays and reviewing them for signs of dental diseases
Must be able to document and maintain appointment clinical notes
Skills:
-Proven experience as dental hygienist
-Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
-Understanding of health & safety regulations
-Good computer skills
-Must be able to multi-task
-Must be able to schedule patients and maintain recall checklist
-Must be able to contact patients when needed for scheduling hygiene appointments
-Experience with Dentrix Preferred
-Excellent communication and people skills
-Attention to detail
-Well-organized and reliable
Schedule:
8-hour shift (Tue & Wed)
Hourly & Bonus pay.
