Are you an experienced treatment coordinator? Our dental office in Northridge, CA is currently seeking a confident and knowledgeable team member to join our team. If you have a passion for dentistry, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of treatment coordination, we want to hear from you!
[Responsibilities]:
- Present treatment options to patients with confidence and clarity
- Assist with insurance breakdowns and claims processing (Denti-Cal and PPOs)
- Familiarity with Care Credit and ability to guide patients through the financing process
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service with the support of another team member
- Utilize your dental assisting experience to effectively communicate treatment plans to patients
[Requirements]:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a treatment coordinator and/or dental assistant
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in insurance verification and claims processing
- Familiarity with Care Credit or other financing options
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5/6 pm
