Direct Care Professionals needed for a residential care facility
Hiring full time and part time direct support professionals for multiple shifts to provide care for adults with developmental disabilities. Afternoon, Evening and Weekend Shifts Needed.
1st Position Needed are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2pm to 7pm and every other Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 30m.
2nd Position Needed are overnights Friday Night 10pm to Saturday at 7am and Saturday 10pm to Sunday at 7am.
Applicants must be available to work varying shifts.
Ideal applicants would be comfortable with working independently or as a two-person team, preparing special meals, assisting individuals with eating, showering, oral care, dressing, toileting, administering medications per doctor's orders, planning and implementing recreational and community outings, and any other tasks needed to ensure the health and safety and enrich the lives of the individuals we serve.
Applicants will need a strong attention to detail, a strong work ethic, compassion, and a commitment to providing excellent care. Experience as a HHA or Caregiver preferred but we will provide paid training for the right candidates.
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Reliable
Valid Driver's License
Dependable transportation with insurance
Clean background and drug screening
CPR & First Aid Training
