What You’ll Do:
Support individuals with IDD in community and classroom-based settings
Assist with personal care, mobility, and safety needs as needed
Encourage skill development, independence, and social engagement
Work collaboratively with a team and follow person-centered plans
Participate in training and ongoing learning
Schedule Options:
Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Part-Time: Must be available Monday–Friday, either 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM (no schedule variations, thank you!)
What You Need:
High School diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Valid CA driver’s license & clean DMV record
Able to pass a drug test and background check (fingerprinting required)
Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
CPR/First Aid is a plus – we offer paid training
