MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year experience (preferred) working with adults who suffer from developmental disabilities
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a valid Driver's License & Insurance
- First Aid / CPR Certification (preferred) - must be willing to obtain upon hire
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification (preferred) - must be willing to obtain upon hire
- Candidate must successfully pass Live Scan Clearance, Criminal Record Clearance, and Fingerprint Clearance through the DOJ
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs
- Ability to work well with others, creative problem-solving skills, strong advocacy skills, enthusiastic, multitask, practices good judgment, non-prejudice, practices equality, willing to learn, patient, and flexible
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Everyday within the AW Self Determination Program can look very different, including the duties required for our staff to perform. However, the basic duties of this position are as follows (and are not limited to):
- Assisting in the administration and monitoring of medications
- Assisting in care and cleaning of residential home - which includes laundering, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces
- Preparing daily meals and snacks
- Assisting in community integration during outings via vehicle transportation
- Completing all necessary reports and documentation on a daily basis
Shift Schedule: 8am - 4pm (Morning) | 4pm - 11pm (Evening) | 11pm - 8am (Overnight)

- Weekend's (Morning Shift)
Weekend Availability is REQUIRED

- $19.00 - $21.50 per hour
