We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at our Assisted Living Facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Change diapers and assist with incontinence care.
Pass snacks and ensure residents receive proper nutrition.
Dispense medications as prescribed and keep accurate records of medication administration.
Monitor residents’ health and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members.
Follow all facility policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in caregiving, preferably in an assisted living or similar environment.
Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and transferring residents.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
