We are seeking an experienced and disciplined Male Caregiver to provide compassionate, personalized care to our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, with the ability to support individuals with various needs, and be comfortable taking the initiative to help cultivate a solid routine that includes daily rehabilitation exercises with the client. This role requires a dedicated professional committed to enhancing the quality of life for those under their care through attentive and respectful support.
Schedule
7 days a week
Monday through Sunday
9am-6pm
Duties
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Assist client with daily exercises and implement a daily physically active routine
Able to follow care plans and HIPAA guidelines
Meal preparation adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences
Maintain cleanliness of resident living areas through light cleaning tasks
Observe and report any health or behavioral concerns to healthcare professionals or supervisors
Follow individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs
Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during caregiving activities

-Application Requirements:
The ideal applicant will meet the following requirements:
1. Have a car and car insurance.
2. Have a clean DMV record with no more than 2 moving violations.
3. Legal resident of the US.
4. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
5. Registered with the Department of Social Services (including live-scan fingerprinting).
6. Have at least one year of caregiving experience.
