Must have a good personality, is dependable, and be able to chat with patients. The following are preferred: team player, resides within 30-minutes, does detailed work, and is service oriented.
Primary job duties include: greet and build rapport with patients, assist the doctor, gather dental records (impressions, photos, x-rays, etc.), prepare and clean procedure rooms & trays, maintain patient flow, educate and instruct patients, being neat and organized.
