We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate FEMALE CAREGIVER for a very independent FEMALE PATIENT located in Woodland Hills. Patient is very sweet and needs someone to be there for her. Be prepared to drive patient around for appointments, shopping, getting out for fresh air, etc.
This is an ongoing "long weekend" position.
SHIFT:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
11:30AM - 5:30PM (ALL DAYS)
DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Companionship
All ADL'S
Driving when necessary

MUST HAVES:
At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience
Current Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance showing you are a covered driver
Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
Current TB Test Results (OR proof that you have recently taken a test)
COVID Vaccination Card
Second Form of ID (Social Security Card, US Passport, Valid EAC, Valid Permanent Resident Card, etc.)
