Job Offer: Female Caregiver Needed for ALS Patient
Location: Woodland Hills, CA 91367 (Must live within 20 miles)
from 9 AM - 5 PM Monday to Friday, some Saturday and Sunday we noticed that before.
About Me:
I am a 180-pound ALS patient unable to move or speak. I breathe through a ventilation machine and eat through a feeding tube. My care requires someone experienced with heavy patients. I use a Hoyer lift for transfers and a handicap van for transportation to appointments and shopping.
Requirements:
Female caregiver under 45 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license (to drive my handicap van).
Ability to work with a heavy patient using a Hoyer lift.
Fluent in English.
Must be local, living within 20 miles of Woodland Hills, CA 91367.
Reliable, responsible, and looking for a long-term position.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with personal care, transfers, and daily needs.
Driving me to doctor appointments and shopping.
Helping maintain household routines if my wife goes on vacation.

Pay:
Training period (first 2 weeks): $15/hour.
After training: $20/hour.
