We are seeking a caring and compassionate Caregiver to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults. Currently offering 24 hours per week, with additional hours available depending on caregiver's flexibility.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
-Medication reminders
-Assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's): mobility and transfers (Hoyer lift) , bathing, grooming, toileting and incontinence care, Companionship, conversation, safety supervision
-Caring for clients with Chronic Conditions
Requirements to be a Caregiver:
Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Complete a criminal LiveScan background check
Negative Tuberculosis (TB) test required before hire
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with the elderly
