We are seeking an experienced, kind, patient and compassionate FEMALE CAREGIVER to assist a lovely FEMALE PATIENT who resides in Tarzana.
Patient is VERY independent and sweet, but does have advanced Dementia, so experience with this is preferred. This is also an ONGOING ASSIGNMENT.
SHIFT:
Saturday and Sunday
8:00AM - 8:00PM (BOTH DAYS)
DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Companionship
Meal Preparation
Medication Reminders

MUST HAVES:
At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience
Experience with Dementia Patients
Current Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance (which shows you are a covered driver)
Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
Current TB Test Results (either Skin Test OR Chest X-Ray)
COVID Vaccination Card
Second Form of ID Compliant with I-9 (Social Security Card, US Passport, etc.)
