We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate FEMALE CAREGIVER to assist a wonderful FEMALE PATIENT who resides in Tarzana. THIS IS ONE DAY ONLY! Patient does have advanced Dementia and you must love cats.
SHIFT:
Sunday
8:00AM - 8:00PM
DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Companionship
All ADL'S
Medication Reminders
Meal Preparation

MUST HAVES (No Exceptions):
At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience
Experience with Dementia patients
Current Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance (showing you are a covered driver)
Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
Current TB Test Results (OR proof that you have recently taken a test)
COVID Vaccination Card
Second Form of ID Compliant with I-9 (Social Security Card, US Passport, Employment Authorization Card, etc.)
