We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate FEMALE CAREGIVER to work PART TIME during the week for a lovely, charming FEMALE PATIENT.
Our patient has moderate Dementia, but is fully ambulatory, VERY independent and LOVES to go out - and you will accompany her to plays, shopping, concerts, lunch, etc.
You MUST be experienced with all ADL'S and love dogs - she has the cutest Malipoo you have ever seen.
SHIFT:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
10:00AM - 4:00PM
DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Companionship
ALL ADL'S
Driving Patient (appointments, shopping, out for air, etc.)

MUST HAVES (No Exceptions):
At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience
Experience with ALL ADL'S
Current Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance showing you are a covered driver for that vehicle
Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
Current TB Test Results (or proof you have recently taken a test)
COVID Vaccination Card
