We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate Female Companion/Assistant for a lovely, VERY independent Female Patient located in Santa Monica.
She is in her early 80's, ambulatory and although has mild forgetfulness she does live independently, and will just need assistance around the house and for errands and appointments.
SHIFT:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
9:00AM - 5:00PM
DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Companionship
Assistance with appointments, errands, shopping, etc.
Meal Preparation
Medication Reminders

MUST HAVES:
At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience
Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance (which shows you are a covered driver)
Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
Current TB Test Results (or proof you have currently taken a test)
COVID Vaccination Card
Second Form of ID: (Social Security Card - or - US Passport - or - US Passport Card - or - Valid Permanent Resident Card - or - Valid Employment Authorization Card)
