POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor, the Associate Marriage and Family Therapist or Clinical Social Worker “Practitioner” will provide outpatient mental health services to children, adults, couples and families in a private practice setting. The practitioner will formulate diagnoses, perform psychological and clinical assessments, draft narrative clinical reports and treat mental health disorders. No DMH paperwork is involved and practitioners are encouraged to be creative. Our administrative staff will complete all of the necessary scheduling and billing to fully support you. Enjoying a flexible schedule, practitioners are able to maximize their personal lives while remaining successful in their profession. Practitioners are provided with their own spacious and furnished office space.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

- Board of Behavioral Sciences registration/licensure in good standing.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide services to clients in an ethical, legal and professional manner.

- Remain current in all legal, ethical, educational and financial requirements regarding your work as a registered associate.

- Participate in weekly supervision.

- Carry active Professional Liability Insurance.

- Maintain all necessary forms in client/patient files, including, but not limited to, informed consent/disclosure statements, consent to treatment with an associate, signed authorizations to release information, patient intake questionnaires, etc

- Complete all documentation and narrative reports in a timely manner.

- Maintain patient, employee and company confidentiality.

- Strong clinical writing and oral communication skills.

- Computer skills; Word, Excel, etc

SCHEDULE

- Flexible hours.

SALARY

$70,000 - $85,000 Per Year (Final salary offer is based upon a number of factors, such as certifications, experience and more.)
