We are a new and innovative home health agency in Los Angeles that is seeking an experienced Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) to lead our clinical team through the survey certification process.
Our current DON must step down due to an unfortunate family tragedy that is preventing her from continuing with the survey certification process. We are 95% survey ready and fully staffed. We are looking for a candidate that can step in and take the clinical lead and walk through the survey with confidence.
OUR TEAM:
We have been through multiple surveys and are very well versed in all facets of clinical operations. We have all policies and procedures ready. Our clinicians are constantly up to date with all Medicare regulations and upcoming changes that are required by the state.
We have designed this position to be flexible and manageable as smoothly as we possibly can.

Qualifications:
Active RN license in California
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations and compliance standards.
