This is Starlight Hospice, located in Burbank, California. We are looking to hire compassionate, flexible, reliable, trustworthy, Registered Nurses, LVN’s. CHHA’s who have a passion for embracing hope for quality of life, even in the face of advanced illness. Experience would be appreciated but not needed, new grad students are welcomed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a current CA RN’s/LVN’s/ CHHA’s license.
Copy of SSN or USA Passport
Must have a CA Driver’s License with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and is in reliable working conditions.
Physical Examination (within the last 1 year)
PPD Test (within the last year) or Chest X-Ray (within the last 2 years)
CPR/BLS certified
License Liability Insurance
EVERYTHING MUST BE UP TO DATE, READY TO TURN IN ON DAY OF INTERVIEW, NO EXPIRED DOCUMENTS.
Have satisfactory references from previous (or current) employers and/or nursing school, and professional peers.
Have excellent observation, good clinical judgment, and good oral and written communication skills.
Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision; has good organizational skills.
