Must be able to cook and prepare good meals 3x daily/ able to wash laundry/ communicate effectively/ clean house and look after high functioning adults. Must have good strong communication skills, positive energy and good spirit and no negativity. Have good can do attitude, hard worker, no drug or alcohol past history. Seeking long term permanent worker. Open minded, ok with job as a caregiver. Understand the task and job assignment Good attitude, High energy person, able to focus, no distractions, no family problems and worked as house managers before. No board and care.
