We are seeking a licensed, dedicated, and compassionate LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) to join our Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) team. The LCSW will provide psychosocial assessments, individual and group counseling, and support services to our participants and their families. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience working with seniors or adults with disabilities, and a passion for improving clients’ emotional and mental well-being in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
