We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our modern private dental practice. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of clinical expertise, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to our team.
Key Requirements:
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
- Minimum 5 years of RDA experience with a proven track record of effective leadership
- Strong proficiency in Orthodontics, dental implants, and endodontics
- Mandarin bilingual strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the dental assisting team
- Assist in complex dental procedures including orthodontics, implants, and endodontic treatments
- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols
- Manage inventory and maintain equipment
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and providing post-treatment care instructions
