Our agency is looking for a caregiver for a male client with Parkinson's. He needs someone who can drive him to doctor appointments, go have lunch with and have a conversation with him. You must speak English . He is a bit stubborn so we need someone who he can get along with him. They will start off by having someone from 10am-4pm on Mondays then increase from Monday - Friday.

-Application Requirements:
The ideal applicant will meet the following requirements:
1. Have a car and car insurance.
2. Have a clean DMV record with no more than 2 moving violations.
3. Legal resident of the US.
4. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
5. Registered with the Department of Social Services (including live-scan fingerprinting).
6. Have at least one year of caregiving experience.
