Management Analyst (Wage Offer: $64,709/yr): Support expansion of pharmacy locations by developing evaluation protocols and integrating a corporate operating procedure within the Residency Program to prepare Pharmacy Residents for future licensure in California. Prepare operations and procedure manuals specifically targeted for Pharmacy Residents to measure the pace, efficacy, and the timely completion of training programs through targeted analytics and metrics. Analyze metrics associated with current operating procedures related to the Training Program. Assist with interviewing personnel and conduct onsite observations with the Pharmacy Residents. Deliver key trends and strategic insights through detailed reports to the Program Site Administrator. Make recommendations on revised protocols, systems, or procedures through written KPI reports based on existing best-practices in the industry. Monitor the pace of training for each Pharmacy Resident to ensure each resident is progressing within the one-year program. This may entail revising the training sequences for each new batch of Pharmacy Residents. Support company’s additional proposals regarding updating and refining Residency Program for future additional affiliation agreements with future universities. Review proposals submitted by companies. Employ forecasting models and case study methodology to analyze market data of potential pharmacies. Analyze proposal details, such as how work will be completed, schedules, and costs and then select the proposal that best meets its needs and budget.
Travel up to 20% (domestic). Due to in office reporting, telecommuting occasionally permitted within 50 miles from San Marino, CA.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent healthcare administration, healthcare management, or a related analytical healthcare field. 1 year of experience as a Management Analyst, Development Analyst, or a related occupation.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
1. Experience leveraging VBA and Excel for dataset management and optimization.
2. Experience using statistical software (SAS or Stata), PowerBI, and SQL programming to analyze health data.
3. Experience analyzing metrics associated with current operating procedures and producing KPI reports with recommendations on improved operating procedures for a pharmacy or pharmaceutical-related organization.
4. Experience using Qualtrics or Google Form for primary data collection through surveys and interviews and using forecasting models to identify market opportunities.
5. Experience with work management software (Smartsheet or Salesforce) and project management software (Basecamp, Jira, or Confluence) to streamline project management.
6. Experience with cloud-based data access and sharing software (Dropbox and Google Drive).
7. Experience using diagramming and design tool (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or SmartDraw).
