We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our outpatient medical practice in Encino. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and able to provide excellent patient care while supporting our clinical team.
Responsibilities include:
Rooming patients & taking vitals
Preparing patients for provider evaluation
Assisting with procedures
Administering injections under supervision
Charting and documentation (EMR)
Scheduling, patient communication & follow-up
Maintaining clean and stocked exam rooms
Supporting front/back office tasks as needed
Preferred Experience:
At least 1 year of medical assistant experience (mid-level)
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Knowledge of EMR systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
