Medical Assistant / Surgery Coordinator(Front and phone operator and Apt. Scheduler )
We are seeking interested candidates in full time employment and long-term career in orthopedics group clinic.
We are a busy Orthopedic practice located in Los Angeles, Cerritos. Seeking an excellent mult-tasker with ability to work efficiently with insurance companies and front office. Job will involve Assisting in patient care, Scheduling Apt., Insurance Eligibility check, and front office job; Surgery Scheduling and surgery authrization, Insurance Verification, Authorizations request to all Managed IPAs. You must be strong for requesting authorization from all kinds of insurance and Coordinate with Insurance and Hospital /PCP and Patient; have at least 2+ years of experience in doctor's clinic with computer skill and EMR.
Must have Strong communication skills and can handle multiple phone lines skills.

Additional Requirements:
-Knowledge with various insurance Managed IPAs/ PPO/ WC/ PI/ HMO/ MCARE/ MCAL;
-Complete understanding of insurance and eligibility and authorization;
-Excellent computer skills, and EMR
