Your main tasks will include:
Check-in and Check-out patients.
Answer Phones and Schedule Appointments.
Perform Insurance Verification Coverage.
Collect information related to their visit.
Collect co-pays.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
Operate a computer and standard business software.
Other daily tasks to support the front office.
Assist Authorizations Coordinator.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
Experience in a Medical Office
Experience in Family Pact Program / HMO / PPO Authorizations
Bilingual English - Spanish
