Immediate availability for a medical front office assistant at a busy orthopaedic surgery practice in Beverly Hills. Job duties include checking patients in and out, answering the phone, scheduling patients, obtaining authorizations, and scheduling surgeries for the doctor. Salary is commensurate with experience. The practice is currently in central Beverly Hills but will be moving to Manhattan Beach in early December to a brand-new, state-of-the-art medical building with exam rooms, a surgery center and an MRI facility. The practice will be expanding from one doctor to two in December.
